runoff study; stormwater management; detention
pond sizing/design; maximization of stormwater
infiltration using the natural landscape
(swales, wetlands, depressions); grading
and drainage plans; site utility plans;
parking-lot and frontage-road design; landscape
plans; signal coordination (with Department
of Transportation); watershed permit applications;
and wetland mitigation and permitting.
