- Industrial park layout and design
 WSN
has teamed with over 20 communities to develop
successful industrial parks. Our involvement
has included feasibility studies and planning;
surveying and platting; assistance with
right-of-way acquisitions; design of roadways,
water, sewer and storm extensions, and stormwater
detention ponds; construction staking, observation,
and administration; and assistance with
grant writing and loan applications for
funding from a variety of organizations,
including Rural Development and EDA.
