Project of the Month ~ October 2006
Stabilization Ponds— Pillager, MN
The
City of Pillager’s expansion from
a two-cell to a three-cell pond system doubled
their wastewater treatment capacity to 72,000
gallons per day. The new six-acre secondary
cell, which was constructed and went into
operation in 2005, will expand sanitary
sewer service within the City and along
the Minnesota Highway 210 corridor as demand
for these services increases with area growth.
