Wastewater Collection and Treatment
System—Gary, MN
The
city's new wastewater collection and treatment
system solves the long-standing problems
of flat terrain, a high water table, and
failed on-site treatment systems. An open-water
wetland was constructed adjacent to the
two-cell pond system, replacing existing
wetlands that were located on the site.
