County Surveyor—Lake of the Woods County, MN

Interacting with county department heads and the general public, a county surveyor helps maintain an area’s valuable survey resources. Specifically, the land surveyor will develop county basemaps, locate and certify government corners, recover existing monumentation, and establish horizontal and vertical control points. Other services include assisting with E911 addressing and performing volume surveys of county landfills.
