Tim
Moe has recently been named president
of Widseth Smith Nolting. Moe, who
served as office manager of the Alexandria
office since 1986, joined WSN in 1977
as a civil engineer. He also served
as director of structural engineering
and as treasurer. When asked to comment
on his presidency, Moe replied, “WSN
has given me the opportunity to work
with and learn from some great people;
I am honored to be president of a
firm with such wonderful employees
and clients.” Moe will be responsible
for setting policy and direction for
the firm and examining opportunities
for growth or expansion of WSN's services.
WSN’s
Bruce Buxton, president of WSN from
1994 to 2005, will serve as chairman
of the board, providing leadership
and visions for the firm.
WSN
is a multi-disciplined firm of over
140 employees providing engineering,
architectural, land surveying, and
environmental services. Its offices
are located in Bemidji, Alexandria,
Baxter/Brainerd, and Crookston, Minnesota,
and Grand Forks, North Dakota.
